Tigerlily is delighted to use and recommend Organic Fairtrade Coffee from East Timor, roasted on dedicated equipment in Melbourne and delivered weekly.
The coffee beans are 100% Arabica grown in the East Timorese highlands under the rainforest canopy.

FairTrade coffee is a great story, however, we chose the coffee for its taste.
Tasting Notes
The East Timorese Arabica coffee provides a rich and full flavoured coffee without the bitter aftertaste characteristic of some big flavoured coffees. We believe this adapts well to most favoured styles of coffee.
Tigerlily uses full cream or skim milk and Bon Soy.
We aim for a consistent taste, however, if you prefer your coffee weaker or hotter, just let us know when you order.
